Frozen Whole Baby Squid Tentacles

Whole baby squid with their speckled reddish-brown mantles and full tentacle crowns intact. Small, sweet and naturally tender — a world away from thick-cut adult squid.

Clean them in seconds and they are ready for the grill, a quick blanch, or a hot wok with garlic and chilli. The hoods can also be stuffed with seasoned rice for a classic stuffed-squid dish.

Frozen soon after landing to lock in the clean ocean flavour and springy bite.
